Client: Mr. Khayer
Size: 2,500 m2

After examining and analyzing the client’s needs, design requirements, and analysis of the desired site, it was decided that the villa should be located in the northern third of this land and connected to the greenhouse and tea house from the north side by a pond garden and from the south side to The garden of fruit trees should be enclosed.
The building of the villa is designed in a modern and minimal style, and according to the client’s wishes, privacy and space protection were one of the main priorities for the placement of the interior spaces.
The modern facade of the greenhouse and tea house is designed in a cubic form with arched openings, which is completely consistent with the modern and cubic facade of the main building of the villa.
