Client: Mr. Khayer
Size: 2,500 m2
Location: Esfahan, Iran
Status: Under Construction
Almost barren land in a pleasant climate area with suitable soil and a green neighborhood encouraged the client to build a villa garden, but the main problem that made the client hesitate to use this land was the elongated shape and inappropriate proportions of this land. Was.
After examining and analyzing the client’s needs, design requirements, and analysis of the desired site, it was decided that the villa should be located in the northern third of this land and connected to the greenhouse and tea house from the north side by a pond garden and from the south side to The garden of fruit trees should be enclosed.
The building of the villa is designed in a modern and minimal style, and according to the client’s wishes, privacy and space protection were one of the main priorities for the placement of the interior spaces.
The modern facade of the greenhouse and tea house is designed in a cubic form with arched openings, which is completely consistent with the modern and cubic facade of the main building of the villa.
Access to the site is possible from the east and south sides. The parking lot and playground are located in the southernmost part of the land and the farthest part of the building behind the fruit garden to minimize noise and visual pollution.
