The extraordinary view of the sycamore trees on Manouchehri Street and the maximum use of this view and perspective has been influential element in the design of this facade.
In addition, the location adjacent to Manouchehri Street has required the project to comply with the strict rules of the facade committee.
For these reasons, the main priority is maximum transparency and the use of bricks in combination with wood.
The use of greenery in the terraces to match the background and move the terraces to different floors in order to create diversity while keeping the integrity of the volume has been considered.
